She is listed on the CIM's Consultancy Register. Annmarie gained Chartered Institute of Marketing Accredited Consultant status and is registered with the UK's Small Business Service and Business Link's Select Supply service. She has travelled extensively to gather research information in different sectors and has carried out marketing projects in the UK, Luxembourg, Italy, Hong Kong and Ireland. Recent assignments have included research into new product opportunities; brand development to win more profitable clients; re-positioning of a well-established business to improve profitability and gain more business.
 Joanna Akins MCIM Chartered Marketer
Joanna is a Chartered Marketer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is a full-time researcher at Evonomie and has gained the CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing.
She has nine years’ experience as a researcher and prior to working at Evonomie, Joanna previously managed a business information library for Tarmac, a leading building materials company providing a research and enquiry service which involved providing government expenditure information, regional strategy reports, industry, country, market and economic information to the Group worldwide.
Joanna also worked for Grant Thornton in the corporate finance department providing a company acquisition search service which involved matching buyers with companies.
Carole Manship BA DipTM MBA FCIPD MCMISenior Associate Carole Manship is a professionally qualified Human Resource and Marketing Consultant. She is a Fellow of the The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and works with organisations to improve their internal communications and to create business and marketing plans to which all staff can contribute. Her assignments have involved running vision workshops, designing appraisal systems including 360 degree feedback; devising and delivering training programmes for managers in appraisal skills; and leading teams within the businesses in the development of competency dictionaries.
