I attended the eBusiness conference today in Coventry and after the nightmare journey [didn’t know about roadworks on A45 and then the A46 was closed due to an accident so 25% of those attending didn’t show up at all] it was a most interesting event.

The headlines are

• Firebox – Michael Acton-Smith – more about him later, seriously impressive and I now need to buy something from their site
• Dave Chaffey – we’re already fans and it’s good to get the latest marketing jargon [viral agents, Google signals]
• Penny Power – eCademy – perhaps I should explore more!
