There is a new up and coming network called theTrainingpod. This is a project we’ve been involved with and I personally think it’s one to watch in 2009.

In the current climate I think buyers are becoming more discerning and consultants / trainers will need more work next year. theTrainingpod is the place where companies find great trainers, and trainers get connected to new clients.

There are 3 parts to the site:

1 – Companies: register training requirements and source trainers that have been checked out
2 – Independent Trainers: register to be included in the list
3 – Training providers: regsiter to be included and also find other / associate trainers with specific skills

theTrainingpod connects companies and trainers via a unique matching system and there’s also no joining fee. See www.theTrainingpod.com for more info.
